We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We'll usually have your order shipped out with Australia Post by the next business day.

International Orders
Shipping charges for International Orders are based on package weight and calculated at checkout.
Please email contact@diskoworld.com for a shipping quote to your nominated delivery location if your order it is not covered by the aforementioned rates.
Delivery Times
Australian Orders
Most Australia Post eParcel shipments are received within 1 to 7 business days of dispatch.
International Orders
Most International shipments are received within 5 to 15 business days of dispatch.
All delivery times are indicative only, but we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Delays
Please make sure your details are accurate to ensure a speedy delivery. If you have made a mistake on your order, please email contact@diskoworld.com, and we’ll update your shipping address or attempt to get your package redirected to the correct address.
If dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we'll contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
In rare cases an order may be delayed due to our Fraud Protection Process. We will endeavour to notify you immediately if your order is being investigated. In most cases the delay is minimal, as we can dispatch the goods as soon as the credit card holder’s identity is verified. Our fraud protection process helps protect our customers from fraudulent orders and transactions.
